3-6 Months:

Weight: 12-16 pounds or 5.4-7.3 kg

6-9 Months:
Height: 26.5-28.5 inches or 67-72 cm
Weight: 16-20 pounds or 7.3-9.1 kg

9-12 Months:
Height: 28.5-30.5 inches or 72-78 cm
Weight: 20-24 pounds or 9.1-10.9 kg

12-18 Months:
Height: 30.5-32.5 inches or 78-83 cm
Weight: 24-27 pounds or 10.9-12.2 kg

18-24 Months:
Height: 32.5-34 inches or 83-86 cm
Weight: 27-30 pounds or 12.2-13.6 kg
